FEMAC is the Cluster of Means of Agricultural Production of Catalonia that has assumed since 1997 the challenge of contributing to a global and more sustainable agriculture.

We collaborate with the main Catalan universities, and Technological Centers of Catalonia such as IRTA and EURECAT. The continuous specialization of the cluster is a reality that has transcended beyond the Catalan territory. At the national level, we are members of the national network of Innovative Business Groupings (AEI) of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism of Spain, as well as we are accredited with the quality label of CATALONIA CLUSTERS, by the Catalan Agency for the Competitiveness of companies (ACCIO) – assigned to the Department of Enterprise and Knowledge of the Generalitat.

The long history of cooperation projects places us as a cluster of reference throughout the territory. The acknowledgments that FEMAC has achieved during its long history are evident. Since 2013, we have been part of the European Cluster Excellence Group, and we have been awarded the Cluster Management Excellence GOLD Label – a European recognition of the quality and excellence of its management.
